In connection with Covid-19, during a pandemic period, the return of goods is carried out within 14 days.

Please, always carefully check your size and the size of that thing you purchase. It will take just a few minutes, but then will save your time and greatly help to avoid mistakes and overhead activities associated with return.

You can exchange or return purchased goods to us within 60 days of your receipt of the initial order. To do this, write to orders@fusion-clothing.com the information on a replacement or refund of a good, specifying the reasons and we will help you to resolve the situation.

Please pay attention:

If the product you purchased has a wrong size or poor quality, the buyer is entitled to return it and get money back. This can be done within 60 days of your receipt of the initial order. We use a transparent return order. If you want to exchange the product that does not fit you for another one, you just need to place your new order.

We refund that cost of the goods at which it was purchased except of the delivery cost. Repayment will be made after we receive a good you return.

Any repayment will take place automatically on the card used when placing your order. It takes up to 5 working days depending on your issuing bank.

All additional costs associated with delivery of a good to be exchanged shall be covered by the buyer.

The returned goods are your property until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure that they are packed properly and cannot be damaged in transit. Only a product which was not in use can be returned. Products must be odorless, unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with labels intact. We can deny returning and exchanging products which do not meet these criteria and we have to not to pick up the package from the post office.

We will send you an e-mail as soon as we receive your good for a refund and make sure that it is in the same condition in which we had sent it to you. It usually takes 1 business day.

Do not forget to save your postage receipt for the returned goods. Because in the case of parcel missing, we cannot be sure that you really sent the good back to us.

We recommend you to send a registered letter so we can get the notify on arrival faster.

When returning goods make sure that you mark your parcel as "gift" or "return" to avoid unexpected customs charges.

Shipping of goods to be returned to us takes nearly the same amount of time as it took a parcel to reach you.

Return and exchange policy does not apply to custom orders.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If the product you purchased has poor quality, you are entitled to return it and get money back. You can return purchased goods to us within 60 days of your receipt of the initial order. If the item doesn’t fit you or has defects we will exchange it. First, let us know. In this case you will have to wait, till the package will come back to us.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT CORRECT?

So sorry about that! We aim to get your order right every time. Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen. We will do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you notice that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at orders@fusion-clothing.com giving your name, order number and what you have received/the fault, and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. You should send an incorrect item to us. After receiving your parcel we’ll send out the correct item with no extra charge for you and refund the postage costs for returning the goods.

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AT FUSION-CLOTHING.COM?

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item) and then click "Add to Cart" button.

At the checkout page you will need to provide all personal details. Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. The whole procedure consist of 3 simple steps - Information

(about the buyer), Delivery address and Payment Method. It is important to fill in all the fields correctly.

Taking the third step, you will be asked to choose one of the convenient methods of payment, after that you will be redirected to the payment gateway to make your payment. Please don't forget to call your issuing bank and activate card for internet-payments abroad.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Upon completion your order will be checked by our staff and shipped.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A PROPER SIZE?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size charts available on all product pages. Just click on the “Size chart”. You will see it

opposite “SIZE:” on the top of product page.

We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential and we will never give out any of your information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order if it’s still processing and has not been dispatched. To do this, contact us by e-mail orders@fusion-clothing.com , but keep in mind that according

to the time difference, we cannot always guarantee the receipt of your requirements on time.

All order cancellations must be sent to us quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and make a refund.

However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you want to make changes to the already placed order, we will not be able to change the order details such as quantity, product category, delivery address and shipping method.

We are also unable to add products and combine 2 orders in one. If you want to add something, just place a new order.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?

We never have the situation when you don’t have an opportunity to order the item you loved. Most of the items for our store are in stock. If the item you chose is not then

we’ll make it just for you! It will take extra 3-5 working days, and then the package will be sent right to you as soon as possible.
