RETURNS

Please, always carefully check your size and the size of that thing you purchase. It will take just a few minutes, but then will save your time and greatly help to avoid mistakes and overhead activities associated with return.

If you purchased an item from https://fusion-clothing.com and need a return/exchange, please email orders@fusion-clothing.com and specify:
-  customers Name 
-  order number
-  return causes
-  product photos, if it is damaged or defective

Exchange and return requests can only be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Any requests after the 14 day window will be denied. 

Return and exchange policy does not apply to custom orders,products purchased by pre-order and products purchased at a discount

Also please note that such product categories are not refundable, no matter what the  product name itself is online:
- tights, socks
- headwear
- swimwear
- lingerie: underwear, briefs, tops, leggings, bicycles, sconces, bodysuits.

Fusion-clothing.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original, unaltered and unwashed condition.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AT FUSION-CLOTHING.COM?

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item) and then click "Add to Cart" button.

At the checkout page you will need to provide all personal details. Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. The whole procedure consist of 3 simple steps - Information

(about the buyer), Delivery address and Payment Method. It is important to fill in all the fields correctly.

Taking the third step, you will be asked to choose one of the convenient methods of payment, after that you will be redirected to the payment gateway to make your payment. Please don't forget to call your issuing bank and activate card for internet-payments abroad.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Upon completion your order will be checked by our staff and shipped.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A PROPER SIZE?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size charts available on all product pages. Just click on the “Size chart”. You will see it

opposite “SIZE:” on the top of product page.

Return and exchange policy does not apply to custom orders.

HOW DOES "PRE-ORDER" WORK?

A pre-order gives you a chance to place an order for items that have not yet been released or were sold out and are to be restocked.

If your order is considered a „pre-order”, it is slated to arrive before the date indicated in product description and may mean that estimated delivery time can be a couple of days/weeks from the time you placed the order.

This is a serious question and the most common reason for a refund or exchange. So please always double-check your size and the size of that thing that you acquire. It takes

Each product page contains a link to the size table, clicking on which you can check your size in centimeter.

WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?

You will receive a refund within 10-14 banking days of returning the goods to our warehouse. The exact terms depend on your bank and the way you paid for the order.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you want to make changes to the already placed order, we will not be able to change the order details such as quantity, product category, delivery address and shipping method.

We are also unable to add products and combine 2 orders in one. If you want to add something, just place a new order.
